Matovu Tonny is serving as the country Director of Afro Delegates Foundation Uganda. He is a Medical Clinical Officer by profession. He is holding an ambassadorial position with the Global Law Thinkers Society founded in South Africa which he joined in 2020. He is also a Representative for the World Literary Foundation which is located in United States of America. Tonny is great fanatic and a member of Rotaract; he served as the charter president of Rotaract club of KIHS 2015-2016, and during his Rotaract journey he became the Pillars of Peace Ambassador after participating in the peace fellowship held in 2016 in Kampala, Uganda.
