Founder and President-General of Afro-Delegates Foundation, and currently a Global Enterprise Fellow at the Uganda National Entrepreneurship Development Institute (UNEDI). Ali is one of the emerging global icons of the Model United Nations system of debate and innovative approaches. He is a global winner of the best strategist award of the United Nations Human Rights Council of the Rotaract Global Model United Nations conference 2019, Nepal Edition. He won the Honorable Mention award of the World Health Organization Council of the Bali International Model United Nations Conference 2020, Indonesia Edition. He emerged the Best delegate of the Food and Agricultural Organization council of the UN in the International Model United Nations in Africa (IMUNA) held in Nairobi-Kenya, 2020, and also the most outstanding delegate award winner in the Leo-Model United Nations Virtual Conference 2020. At the Arab Youth International Model United Nations conference, Dubai edition 2022, he received the Global outstanding diplomacy Award. He obtained a certificate from the Asia World Model United Nations Conference III 2019, in recognition of his participation as a delegate of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Council; on the theme “The implementation of the World’s Agenda 2030. He served as one of the country ambassadors for the World Youth Model United Nations conference #3, and for Ambition Nepal Model United Nations Conference #1, 2020. He was selected among the top ten global essay writers by the Rotary E-club of the Global Peace and Leadership 2020, to participate in the Future We Want Model United Nations Conference in New York City, USA edition. A Global scholar’s fellow after participating in the Global scholars’ fellowship program organized by the Global Livingstone Institute. President Ali is also the past president of the Rotaract club of Kabale Institute of health sciences. Where he excelled in peace advocacy and was able to win the pillars of peace award and Grant for outstanding peace project of Rotaract district 9211 i.e. Uganda and Tanzania 2018/2019. He was also a Moderator at the World Rotaract panel discussion and public debate fellowship. During his regime as a Rotaract president in 2017/2018, Ali exhibited real skills when he hosted and partnered with the Global Livingstone Institute Medical team to remote Kabale, Uganda during the “I Know Concert for HIV awareness and Prevention campaign” which benefited over 800 community members mainly youth and women. He also hosted the U. K interactors in partnership with the mother Rotary club of Kabale for Global cultural exchange towards the service of humanity. In addition to his service as a rotaractor, Ali is among the founder members of the Maternity and child health project at Kabale Regional Referral Hospital which addresses maternal and child health-related challenges like malnutrition and postnatal complications. As a result of these activities, Ali won as the Rotaract winning champion president beating all other Rotaract club presidents in Uganda. He participated in over 10 medical health boot camps that were executed in partnership between Bridge to health, Kigezi health care foundation, and Rotary during his Rotaract presidency where over 5000 people were impacted.
